Was I Even There explores memory as unstable and shifting, shaped as much by emotion and distance as by experience itself. Through bold color contrasts, textured surfaces and layered compositions, the works reflect on longing, disorientation, and the uncertainty of what is remembered or imagined.
The series questions not only the reliability of memory, but also the distance between where we are and where we wish to be.
